8. Travel and Eligible Area

Delivery and operation of The Villa Wellness as part of the prize is included within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Greater Brisbane regions of Queensland.
 

Locations outside the Eligible Area are not included in the prize unless otherwise agreed by The Villa Wellness in writing.
 

Any additional travel, accommodation or transportation costs incurred by the winner or their guests in attending the experience are not included in the prize.
 

9. Booking and Redemption

The prize is subject to The Villa Wellness' booking availability.
 

The winner and The Villa Wellness will work together in good faith to agree on a suitable date, time and approved location.
 

The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed by The Villa Wellness in writing.
 

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, discount or offer.
 

10. Participant Requirements

All participants must comply with The Villa Wellness' applicable operating procedures, safety requirements and staff instructions.
 

All participants may be required to complete The Villa Wellness Participant Waiver before participating.
 

The Villa Wellness may refuse or discontinue participation where it reasonably considers this necessary for safety, operational or legal reasons.
 

11. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
 

The draw will take place on Monday, 7 September 2026.
 

Before awarding the prize, The Villa Wellness may verify that the selected entrant has complied with all entry requirements.
 

If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid, another eligible entry may be randomly selected.
 

12. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted by the official @thevillawellness Instagram account.
 

The winner may also be publicly announced through The Villa Wellness' Instagram account.
 

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
 

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, The Villa Wellness reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
 

13. Scam Warning

The Villa Wellness will never require payment to claim the prize.
 

The Villa Wellness will not request an entrant's credit card details, online banking password or other banking login credentials in connection with claiming this prize.
 

Entrants should disregard and report any fake or impersonation accounts claiming to represent The Villa Wellness.
 

Official winner communication will come from @thevillawellness.
 

14. Weather, Safety and Circumstances Outside Our Control

The Villa Wellness experience is subject to suitable weather, site and operating conditions.
 

If the experience cannot safely or reasonably proceed on the agreed date due to severe weather, equipment failure, government restrictions or circumstances outside The Villa Wellness' reasonable control, The Villa Wellness may reschedule the experience to another mutually suitable date.
 

15. Privacy and Publicity

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be handled in accordance with The Villa Wellness Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
 

The winner's first name and/or Instagram username may be publicly announced in connection with the giveaway.
 

Any separate use of photographs, video footage or other content featuring the winner or participants will be handled in accordance with applicable participant consents and The Villa Wellness' policies.
 

16. Invalid or Fraudulent Entries

The Villa Wellness reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;

  • Provides false or misleading information;

  • Uses fake, automated or fraudulent accounts or entries;

  • Attempts to manipulate the entry process;

  • Engages in spam or abusive behaviour; or

  • Otherwise compromises the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.
     

The Villa Wellness' decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
 

17. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
 

By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with this promotion.
 

Entrants provide their information to The Villa Wellness Pty Ltd, not Instagram or Meta.
 

18. General

To the extent permitted by law, The Villa Wellness is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be submitted due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
 

If circumstances outside The Villa Wellness' reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted as intended, The Villa Wellness may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.

GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is The Villa Wellness Pty Ltd (“The Villa Wellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 30 August 2026 and closes at 6:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 6 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
 

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

The prize must be redeemed at an approved location within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or Greater Brisbane regions of Queensland (“Eligible Area”).
 

Entrants do not necessarily need to reside within the Eligible Area; however, the prize itself must be redeemed within the Eligible Area.
 

Entrants must have an active Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms.
 

4. How to Enter

To receive one valid entry, an eligible entrant must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:
 

  1. Follow @thevillawellness on Instagram;

  2. Like the official giveaway post; and

  3. Tag at least one genuine Instagram account in the comments of the official giveaway post.
     

Each additional eligible person tagged in a separate comment constitutes one additional entry.
 

Each tagged account must represent a different genuine person.


Duplicate tags, fake accounts, automated accounts, celebrity accounts, business accounts or other accounts that The Villa Wellness reasonably considers to have been tagged solely to manipulate the promotion may be excluded.
 

5. Bonus Entries

An entrant may receive five (5) additional entries by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @thevillawellness.
 

If an entrant's Instagram account is private, The Villa Wellness may request reasonable evidence showing that the Story was shared during the Promotion Period.
 

6. The Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:
 

A private The Villa Wellness experience for the winner + ten (10) guests.
 

The prize allows for a maximum of eleven (11) participants in total.
 

The winner will have The Villa Wellness mobile recovery experience all to themselves at their nominated location, subject to the geographic, access, safety and site requirements contained in these Terms & Conditions.
 

The experience includes access to:

  • Traditional sauna;

  • Ice baths;

  • Compression boots; and

  • The Villa Wellness recovery zone, including Theraguns, rollers, massage balls, bands and mobility equipment.
     

The prize experience will run for 2 HOURS.
 

The approximate retail value of the prize is $1000 AUD including GST.
 

The prize has no cash value, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
 

7. Location of Choice

The winner may nominate their preferred location within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or Greater Brisbane regions.
 

This may include the winner's home, gym, sporting club or another suitable private or approved location.
 

The nominated location must have:

  • Safe and adequate access for The Villa Wellness vehicle and trailer;

  • Adequate space for the trailer and associated recovery area;

  • Suitable ground and operating conditions;

  • Suitable access to water and any other services reasonably required for operation;

  • Permission from the property owner, venue operator and/or relevant authority where required; and

  • Any other reasonable operational or safety requirements specified by The Villa Wellness.
     

All locations remain subject to approval by The Villa Wellness.

If the winner's preferred location cannot safely, legally or reasonably accommodate The Villa Wellness, the winner will be given a reasonable opportunity to nominate another location within the Eligible Area.
