The Villa Wellness provides mobile wellness and recovery experiences at events, gyms, sporting clubs, businesses, private locations and other approved venues.

Our services may include:

traditional sauna;
cold-water immersion and ice baths;
hot spas or heated-water recovery;
compression boots;
recovery equipment;
recovery lounge facilities; and
other wellness and recovery experiences that we may offer from time to time.

Our Website provides information about our business and services and allows prospective customers to submit enquiries and request personalised quotes.

Website Enquiries and Quote Requests

The Website allows you to provide information about a proposed booking, which may include:

description of the proposed booking;
whether the booking is one-off or recurring;

Quotes and Confirmation of Bookings

A booking is not confirmed merely because a quote has been requested or provided.

Confirmation of a booking is subject to the applicable quote, invoice, hire agreement, payment requirements and any other conditions communicated by The Villa Wellness.

Payments are not currently processed through the Website.

Because The Villa Wellness operates mobile equipment and trailers, the suitability of a proposed location is important.

When submitting an enquiry, you must provide information about the proposed venue and site that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

safe vehicle and trailer access;
available setup space;

availability of electricity;
availability of water;
access restrictions; and

Information submitted through the Website does not constitute approval of a venue or site by The Villa Wellness.

We reserve the right to assess a location and determine whether it is suitable for our equipment and operations.

Information provided on the Website regarding sauna use, cold-water immersion, ice baths, heated water, compression, recovery or wellness is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.

Participation Requirements

Accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry or receiving a quote does not automatically make a person eligible to participate in The Villa Wellness activities.
